Wellness & Fitness Bay is an online store for sports gear, fitness essentials and digital sports games, based in Lahore and built in partnership with FutionAura. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Wellness & Fitness Bay.

You can pay with Cash on Delivery, or online through Easypaisa and JazzCash, which handle your wallet details securely. We do not store your wallet PIN or card details.
Cash on Delivery orders: when you choose Cash on Delivery, we share only the details needed to deliver your parcel — your name, phone number and delivery address — with our courier partner. Payment is collected in cash by the courier at your doorstep; we never ask for or store your card or bank details for COD orders. We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email to confirm your order before dispatch, and unconfirmed or repeatedly refused COD orders may be cancelled.
